Wen I went vegetarian and upped my fiber and veggie intake as a result I ad the same issue. It has evened out but I am WAY more regular than I was before. I have seen bumper stickers that say "I'm a vegetarian I poop 3 times a day" LOL

I remember watching something on pbs or something talking about how it's not normal to poo once every few days though some schools actually teach it! ..well, I suppose it's normal if you only eat junk like lunchroom pizza lol
