Default Day #3/46

# 1 174.8
# 2 173.1
# 3 171.7

Any minute now the really hard work will start but I think I've lost the hideous binge-water now!

Stuck to plan yesterday, although it was much harder than Day #1. I suppose Day #1 had the novelty of novelty; Day #2 I wanted a huge amount of bread. I didn't, though!

Porridge with raisins and honey this morning. Yum.
Probably have to have another stir-fry with rice later - can't afford to waste the veggies!
Need to check the book for dinner.

I'm already feeling healthier - ah, the power of autosuggestion!

Went to visit York, aged mother. She offered cookies. I decided to opt for the Christian Orthodox view on hospitality in Lent - it's the faster's problem not anyone else's, so if people offer you hospitality in their home, it's churlish to refuse.
This is not quite the wheeee! get out clause it might seem, because 1 (indeed 2) cookies never make me feel 'O now I must try harder with my Plan', they just make me feel 'where's the next bucket o' biscuits coming from?'

Lunch: vegan 'sausage mix' (mmm, a taste I won't waste time acquiring) with mashed potatoes (no milk or butter) and plain baked beans. Followed by fresh fruit with linseed and nut crushed over the top. mmmm. That one was a good mmmm.

You can do it! Just watch that hospitality trap

Hope You had a nice visit with your Mother. Your weights coming down.
Soon it will be Spring and it will be more enjoyable taking walks. I have some snow and cold her yet. But they are talking maybe 50's next week. It's been in the 30's.
