I move my cals around depending on how active I am. But I don't go above 1500 and I don't generally go below 1300.

I have fibromyalgia so exercise can be hard sometimes but I"m feeling better, restarted tonight.

I drink lots of water and I'm vegan.

I track on sparkpeople. I will never stop. I will someday be a sparkpeople maintainer.

I read, on here I think, that of the 5% who lose and keep it off for 5+ years, 85% of them track their cals. I figure I am best off by sticking to what works the most often, for the most people.

It works for me.

Awesome! This is one of my favorite achievements! Just keep collecting those months and just you wait! I wonder what poundage you will be reporting next month.

You're wise to be thinking ahead to maintenance already. The best plans are those which can be sustained after the weight loss is complete.
