Arrow Gobble Gobble! TURKEY DAY GOALS!

OK, so I didnt make my Halloween goal. I wanted to lose 10 pounds and only lost 4! I know some of you have already met your goal, and Thanksgiving is four weeks from now, November 28th. How much do you want to shoot for by then? I will try to reach my original goal for Halloween. I am on track now so hopefully I will make it.

any turkey day goal makers out there??

I would like to lose 5 pounds by Thanksgiving. I have weigh-in today at 11:00am, so I'll go for my mini-goalweight from that. Then by Christmas, about another 4 weeks, I want to be another 5 pounds lighter. Hoping to be right at about 220 for the New Year's.

My goal is 8 pounds by Thanksgiving. That will put me at 207.5. I haven't seen the two-o's in a long long long time, so that will be very exciting!

I didn't make my Halloween goal of 225 so I'll shoot for that for Thanksgiving. I weighed in this morning at 229.4 and I'll need to escalate my efforts to make the 225 by Turkey Day.

I have not met a goal yet. Not one. Should I even bother this time? Oh, well, what the **** - let's say 221. That's 10 pounds.

get out of the 230s by July 23rd: Met 7/23/2009
52 lbs. in 52 weeks (12/31/2009): Met 10/29/2009
180 (driver's license weight):
170.8 (100 lbs. lost):
160 (10 lbs to go!):
150 (final goal):

I'd be happy to achieve 290 again by Turkey Day. That is only 5#, but it's a beginning.

I'm hopping onto the wagon. I got weighed yesterday still hanging at 328.5 (WHEW!!!) so I am going to shoot for 310. Totally doable since I haven't done a thing right in over a month.

All I want is 4 pounds. I like seting little goals. I want to be 174 by Thanksgiving. I think I can do it if I get back to sticking with my plan. (4 pounds doeasn't count the pound I gained last week as it seems to have disappeared now.)

Smile one down 5 to go!

I have lost a pound so far. This goal I purposely made small because I actually want to acheive it! It is hard to set goals and continually not make them.
I am glad we are all setting goals -so lets work hard on getting it done! Turkey day is 25 days away I believe!
