20 pounds I believe. My goal is 20 more pounds . That is a huge milestone for me. I really need to stay focused on my goal. I know I can reach it with alot of believing in myself which I know what I can do now. I have proven to myself that I can stick with my new healthy lifestyle and I will to reach my next goal. Starting tomorrow I plan on writing everything down that I eat. I have my exercising plan working I just need to pay closer attention to my food intake. I have a new planner to begin tomorrow. 81 pounds since January. Things have slowed down a bit, but I'm still making progress. I hope I reach healthy weight, which happens to be right at the 100 lb mark, around the end of the year. If I don't, I don't, but it would be nice.

Down 70.4 as of my weigh in this morning. I haven't felt this good in 12 years.

38 pounds this year (hi uber! another thing we have in common, evidently!) I'm sort of at the mopping up stage of the weight loss portion of the project, and it's been sooooo slow for the last couple of months.

I lost 51lbs in the second half of 2009, and so far this year I've lost 61lbs!!!! I really want to try to get to goal this year, well my initial goal of 145lbs and a normal BMI. I may decide to try to go lower after that, but for now 145lbs would be a dream come true.

I started the year off at 215 and right now i'm see-sawing between 170-175 so I'll just say 40 lbs.

And you know, the year's not nearly over! We have plenty of time to reach those short term, and for some of us LONG term, goals! I can honestly say I've had no regrets in 2010...well, weight loss related regrets anyway.

33. Smaller proportion of my overall loss, but the more visible part.
