Default back in the game!

I put my weightloss on hold for various reasons, one of which being my father(who is an alcoholic) had a major relapse including drinking while driving and I was trying to deal with that, which of course led me down a deep dark path of my own issues. Not making excuses, that is just what happened.

Now that things are back on track, I am ready to conquer this!

I am so sorry you had to deal with this. It might be helpful to check out Al anon or another support group that be able to help you cope and take good care of yourself.

The past is over....forgive yourself. Plan for a healthy day/week. Plan plan and plan some more. You can do this.

Glad you're back.
I will:Journal every bite * Be gentle to myself and my family * Exercise to the best of my ability * Drink at least 8 glasses of water * Focus on colorful veggies, salads, low gycemic fruit, lean proteins and healthy fats * Limit grains * Get up at the same time everyday and get back into routine * Visit 3FC every day, it makes a big difference to my attitude, thanks to the wonderful folks here.
