Default Graduation week

I posted this on the "may the scale be with you" thread but needed to post to recommit for myself

My son's graduation week was last week and we had something planned every night (translate to couldn't get to the gym before they closed) and concluded with the last "party" tonight. It was a blast, but it is over, time to survey the damage and get back on track.

Biggest motivator: Graduation pics. I loved them. I hate getting my picture taken and they weren't fabulous, but I was comfortable with them and I can see a big difference in the double chin/face in the ones from his senior pics last summer and these. Back to the gym tomorrow after school!

Daily Goals
drink 100 oz water 1200-1400 calories and five F/V
45-60 minutes cardio in the gym @least 5 days/week
me time:fresh air and sunshine (walking at the park, gardening)
