Welcome back! Glad to see you back in action - although maintaining is certainly action in itself! Yay for a scale break - I am taking one, too until May 1! I have the same love/hate thing going on.

So glad you are posting and that you've been successfully maintaining! You should join us on the maintainer's forum (as we say over there, you are a maintainer even if you are maintaining a one pound loss).
Would Jillian's 30 Day Shred and The Biggest Loser Last Chance Workout be considered HIIT or no? :| Jillian, on the Last Chance Workout actually states it is HIIT but I am just wondering what y'all think about it?
