I am in i will try this out...
1.262.2 ....Oh yeahhhh 2.3 pounds and i will be in the 2 freakin fiftys!
2.262.1 ( i am soo taking that.1 and running with it!)
3.263.8 ( i believe is water retention.. i am so sore from the gym and am deyhydrated..)
4.263.2 Still sore .. still i believe holding the water oh well im still down!
5.262.0 (official weigh in day down 2 pounds!)

7.261.8 .... Ate pretty late cause i woke up pretty late! and am sore from gym retaining water!

I loved daily weigh-ins last month. Right off the bat, though I won't be able to weigh-in after today until the 11th or so. Oh well, I want to do this. It was really motivating to see all of the little changes add up last month. Here goes it:

222.4 Down 1.4 lbs. Great way to start the month but I think this has more to do with I changed to my summer PJ's, than any actual weightloss.
