Uugh. I have been 216-215 for two weeks now. I want to keep moving down.
I do strength training
2-3x a week, a combination of strength and cardio
4-5x and martial arts at least 1x a week.
I try to eat between 1500 and 1600 calories a day, but I often stop around 1300-1400.
I know I need to eat more fruits and veggies, but I am so frustrated with being stuck here.
But forward motion for all. I can't wait til spring actually arrives and I can get back into the pool.
