  • The 2-teens is a yucky spot to be in! I want to be within 10 lbs of Onederland, but I need to get out of here first. I don't recall there being a ton of 2-teeners, but I'll give this thread life anyway. Maybe all the people from the 220s Challenge will flock here when they've made it out of there. :P
  • Me, me!!! I'm a two-teener-- stuck here just over a comfy 14 and SICK SICK SICK of it.

    I'm in!
  • Hey chicks! I can't wait to be a part of your thread!! Hopefully soon! Thank you Rythm for starting this thread!!
  • I've got a little bit to go, but thanks for starting this thread - I'll be watching everyone here for inspiration and plan to join you as soon as I can!
  • I'm in- I think I am officially out of the 220's. I have weighed in at 219.00 for 2 days now! WAHOOOO! Come on onderland!
  • Uugh. I have been 216-215 for two weeks now. I want to keep moving down.

I do strength training 2-3x a week, a combination of strength and cardio 4-5x and martial arts at least 1x a week.
I try to eat between 1500 and 1600 calories a day, but I often stop around 1300-1400.

I know I need to eat more fruits and veggies, but I am so frustrated with being stuck here.

But forward motion for all. I can't wait til spring actually arrives and I can get back into the pool.
  • Ugh, I so need this thread.
I've been bouncing around the 200-teens for a while now. So frustrating
  • Hello, good luck on getting out of the teens! I hope to join this group soon!
  • Well, ladies, I am stuck, stuck, stuck, and UBER frustrated. It's been a tough week for me-- I've been sick, had to work back to back twelve hour shifts sick, and I have a HUGE project due for my "other" job.

My weight has been stuck at 218 since the beginning of March-- I finally saw a change, down to 214, about a week ago, it stayed there for about 4 days, then, for some reason that I have NO IDEA... it bounced back up to 218 where it has been stuck. I have not exercised since Thursday since sick, but I have been totally staying on plan with no slip ups--. I'm positive this must be some kind of weird temporary water weight thing, but it is still frustrating to see 218 day after day....I can not think of one single food or sodium related reason to have gained. Unless being sick and stress can make you gain...?

Now that I'm feeling a little better, I'm going back to exercise and praying that I'll shed the pounds. UGH.
  • uber girl just a thought it seems youve been very busy .... i noticed if i dont get a good nights sleep for a few days i see a gain.... could be with you too?
  • uber -

my numbers a little different but I had similar thing - got down to 225.4 on the 13th, then went all the way up to 229.4 by the 15th which I think is from being sick (had a cold and bad cough and a fever) and I managed to get back down to 225.4 this past Saturday only to go back up to 226.4 on Sunday and 226.2 today. I've also skipped exercising (not being able breath makes it tough!) but been on plan for calories although more grains and starches than usual but still within my target.

Here's hoping we both feel better and get back into normal routines and exercise and start seeing forward progress!!

Thanks...! That makes me feel better.

I had to work these long back to back shifts sick and I didn't even have any appetite-- threw away half my breakfast, only had plain broth for lunch...didn't even hit my calorie allotment-- get on the scale this morning: 218.

I am positive I didn't go over my calorie allotment a single day since the first of March. The only plus is that my body fat % seems to be edging down-- although it's hard to tell since it fluctuates too.
  • Grrr.... I went up 3 lbs! D:<
  • Back down to 217 today--
Am going running tonight and feeling better, so hopefully I'll start to see progress.
  • 215 today. The lowest weight of this month.... Must keep going.....
