I've spent the past two days totally pigging out because of my Birthday. The day before my sister came over and we had icecream. Then I had two handfuls of macaroons. The next day I planned to bake myself a sugar-free cake, but my mom bought cake from the store and gave me a slice. I totally annhilated it. :P I also had Subway, which isn't great when you're supposed to be cutting back on carbs. But I'm totally back on track now. Right now I'm at 219 with TOM in town, and I'm hoping those 4 pounds are just water weight.
I'm still at 225.4 but since that was after gaining 4 lbs earlier this week thanks to being sick, I'm pretty happy to be back at ticker weight today, and know I'll keep moving forward now. I guess it's easier for me to look at it as a week lost in terms of my time frame, but no weight gain is good considering!
226 this morning and this week is an insane one at work, 70 hours on the floor, which means alot of lifting, walking and movement. YAY @ overtime and YAY!!! @ 'free' exercise!!
Sitting down to a typical Dutch brunch of eggs on whole grain bread with curry ketchup! Yumm!! Don't you love how you feel when you eat something good AND good for you?
My original goal was to be to 199 by May 1st. If I stay at the pace I am going right now, with NO plataues at all I think I can do it. I am down this morning to 217, which is lower than my pre-pregnancy weight by 1lbs. SO exciting.
