I am staying on plan today because I have never reached a goal I set for myself in the past, but I am soooo close to my 230 mini-goal! This is a really big one for me, so I HAVE to get there!

I will stay on plan today because afer a total EPIC fail of a week last week (eating and exercise wise) I am up a pound. I am grateful it isn't more than that because of TOM. Today is a new week and I am ready for the challenge!
