Don't worrie sandy, I'm with you, I get a big 0 for myself, today was a not so great day and no matter how hard I tried, I couldn't get myself on program. I'll try harder tomorrow.

Bad Jen, bad Jen. Okay I'm blaming the heat on this one. It was so wicked yesterday we didn't go out at all and you know what happens when I am at home for long periods of time, yep I snack. It was too hot to even ride the bike at home and for some reason I just didn't get around to drinking my water even though it was so hot, you would think I'd be guzzling it down right?
So a big 0 for me for yesterday. Today is going to be better, I just know it.

I have had so much running to do, yet even after going out to dinner, I've stayed op the whole time, had my water, and continued to do my walking. I'm feeling on top of things and totally in control!!!
