Exercise: 1 point (walked for 21 minutes on the treadmill... didn't want to do it all, but did!)
Total: 3 points
So far for day two, I'm on points & already have about 25 oz. of water down. I can already tell exercise is going to be my downfall in this challenge!
I'm really going to have to keep on top of it!
