Jello Sugar-Free Dark Chocolate Tuxedo pudding (I add ginger to it and its delish!) (~60 cals)

If I feel like salt: 1 slice of deli-style oven-roasted chicken breast divided between 4 of those Whole Foods Whole Wheat mini toasts (~55 cals)
If I feel like sugar: Jello Sugar Free Gelatin (any flavor except citrus (~10 cal)

Favorite healthy meal:
Right now it is 'taco' salad minus the taco. Basically crisp lettuce, chopped vidalia onions, diced sweet tomatoes, chopped sweet peppers and whatever other veggies I feel like. I then warm up some beans and put it on my salad. Then I top everything with salsa.

Fresh sliced fruit (although blueberries are my favorite lately)
