Thank you my friends! A big thanks for allowing me to toot my own horn too

Gall bladder surgery July 28 YAYYYY! I have not had an attack for almost two weeks. Since I figured out that dairy was a HUGE trigger and cut out the cottage cheese and switched to soy milk I've felt MUCH better.

I'm heading out in a bit for my 4 mile walk. Double yayyy!!!!
