I try to find a positive spin on everything. If you are 100% on plan then the scale will go down....it's just not going to go down in an even way.

If you are so hung up on the number on the scale either put it away and WI less often or do some reading up on how a body works during weight loss. These will hopefully put things in perspective for you and redirect some of this focus on other things.

Thanks for the great advice everyone, it is really helpful to hear what others do in these situations I think weighing in less often is something Im going to have to do and focus more on the bigger picture then the little blips

I too am in agreement with post that states put it in a PITA place to avoid wieghing in more than 1-2x per week. Those tiny tenths of a pound that may be fluctuating also dont reflect inches lost from your bust, waist, hips and thighs...and that might be what makes you feel better too.

I have taken to measuring these areas once a month and the results are much more satisfying than the day to day wieghing!! Been there done that...got the t-shirt and the hat( so I had to stop).
