I'm In. I need to stick with this the whole month instead of fizzing out and see how I do this month on weight loss.

2 point for sticking with your food plan
1 point for drinking the amount of water you decided on
1 point for getting some exercise.

I'm hopping on the bandwagon again...

The plan: oo1 Follow a well balance diet, using the 12 pregnancy essentials as a guide. oo2 10 full 8oz of water daily, and no caffinated drinks oo3 30 minutes of maternity friendly exercise (walking, swimming, etc...) daily
