First off let me apologize if there is already a thread in the 100 lb club of this nature. I looked but I could have missed it. For me I do a little bit better if I post what I am eating ... it's accountability, sort of like having a diet buddy you are explaining too..lol.
Second if other ppl post what they are eating it gives ideas for other options. While I know there are many different plans being followed a lot of us get stuck in a rut about what to eat, something a little different than the norm can be refreshing .
fresh egg omelet (olive oil, broccoli, onions, mushrooms)
tuna (i was bad and mixed in some mayo, need to pick up more plain yogurt)
1 slice 9 grain bread
half baked chicken breast
bowl of leftover pumpkin soup
6 oz of pomegranate and blueberry juice
