Do you struggle with your committment to exercise? How about a thread to keep each of us motivated and accountable? Let's release the inner athlete who's been hiding deep inside each of us. (And, lose some serious inches and poundage along the way!)

We could keep a running total for the group of all the minutes of exercise we post, like they do on the 300 board. For instance, I would take Rhonda's 1 hour (is that the right amount ?) and add my 30 minutes of weights to get a new group total of 90 minutes.
Would it be more fun or less fun to see how many minutes we can rack up by the end of the month? because we definitely want to aim at MORE fun.
(And by the way, Rhonda, this running program sounds very interesting! Are you in training for an event?)

Im new and need accountability partners.Im so unhealthy.I just started my weight loss journey again and have 130 lbs.to lose.Im starting with treadmill, and plan on using hand weights after my first week.My exercise bike needs repaired,I'm having it done soon.I also have a stair stepper, but OMG, I hear it's hard.I also plan on using some hand and ankle weights after my first week, for some strength training.I'm starting off slow so I dont go up like a rocket and fizzle like a firecracker.Today is my first day.
last night I did 35 min on the eliptical ( i was real tired, maybe cause it was my 3rd day in a row on it? ) and then some weight machines. I plan on going tonight, but maybe will do the treadmill instead. We'll see how many ppl are at the gym, as that will help determine what machine I will use.
It's a little late in the week, but I definately need some accountability for my exercise! Haven't done any yet today, but I have it planned in my day.
