I am stopping eating when I am full these days. I think I might switch back to 1700 every day for a couple weeks and then calorie cycle the other two but not QUITE so extreme. I do get pretty hungry on my 1400 days so I think I'll take some of the 2000 and add it to there.
It's weird to think that I used to eat 5-6000 calories regularly and not even twig... you know?

Sounds like a great idea. No reason for you to feel hungry on those 1400 days if you've got the room. You'll see how it goes and can always re-evaluate.
I know, it boggles my mind beyond belief at just how many calories LESS I'm eating then prior and how I am more then full and satisfied and
well-nourished. Boggles the mind. And of course, how I never get it a second thought. All those years........ Grrrr........
