I eat breakfast at 8:30 and lunch at 12. I've tried a morning snack in there but then it feels like I am eating all morning

I am stopping eating when I am full these days. I think I might switch back to 1700 every day for a couple weeks and then calorie cycle the other two but not QUITE so extreme. I do get pretty hungry on my 1400 days so I think I'll take some of the 2000 and add it to there.

It's weird to think that I used to eat 5-6000 calories regularly and not even twig... you know?

Fascinating thread because I'm finding the same problems. I try to keep to the top end of my 1550 sparkpeople budget and to just throw in a couple of lower ones ready for Sunday lunch. Come Sunday, 2 weeks now I've struggled to get to 1200! Of course I could boost it instantly with a bar of chocolate but I don't want to get into the habit of doing that regularly; and I don't eat store bought bread or anything processed or cheese. (I loved all these things in the past and I bet I could love them again very easily!!)

I like the cans of beans idea though.

Sounds like a great idea. No reason for you to feel hungry on those 1400 days if you've got the room. You'll see how it goes and can always re-evaluate.

I know, it boggles my mind beyond belief at just how many calories LESS I'm eating then prior and how I am more then full and satisfied and well-nourished. Boggles the mind. And of course, how I never get it a second thought. All those years........ Grrrr........

I was never able to calorie cycle (or as it's known in WW..the Wendie plan) because of those very reasons. I feel like I'm eating all day as it is

Sounds like you are working it the way it needs to fit to you and yes it's weird thinking about how much I used to eat before! Ugh....and the bad part was I thought what I was eating wasn't *that* much
