I did good yesterday.. barely ate anything most of the day, think I was depressed.
Packed a bunch of boxes this morning.. all that lifting and sweating has gotta count for something!

How are we doing? I was about 400 over on cals last night, but everything else was good...so we'll go for semi OP? LOL

Well, I went a little over on the cals today, but not much. I did some extra stuff today (push mowed the yard about 1/2 acre). I have also been doing good on the water.
