Tonight I went to dinner at Logans with my classmates and I still managed to stay within my calorie limits! yay!
I passed up burgers, fries, stuffed baked potatoes (which I love), steaks and got a sweet potato, grilled chicken and cinnamon apples which kept me at close to 700 calories for the meal and it was good too!
Now I am going to do my nightly exercise and go to bed.
