Default BOSTON Get Together

Hi All,
I guess we are officially planning a get together in Boston for September (probably the last weekend in September so you can catch some of the foliage.)

Please reply here if you would like to go, all are welcome!!!

WOW! Beth Anne, this couldn't be better for me!! I can't believe this. Mom and I are going to Maine sometime in Sept, too!! If nothing breaks bigger than a shoestring (as my Dad used to say), we'll BE there!!

Well unfortunatly, this isn't a good time or place for me. I might have been able to go but September is kinda early and I have a lot planned for this summer.

Sorry, but it doesn't look like I'll be able to go.

Let me know if you plan anything else.

Temptation!!!! Hmmmm. I just Love Boston. Let me do some math and check airlines and see how much this is going to set me back. Put me down as a Maybe (leaning towards - YES!!!). So we're talking Sept. 27/28th? What airport would be best to fly into?

Spring of 2003 would be much better for me. My husband will be home by then. It's just that with the trip I have planned in two weeks, and then all the events over the summer, funds are going to be low for a while.

I noticed that a few people wanted to go to Baltimore. That would be great for me. But that is my oppinion.

Thanks

Sounds great. The inner harbor has lots to do. They have the aquarium, and more stores then you can count, lol.

Let me know.

Thanks,

Talking Baltimore...WaHoo!!

And I do mean, wahoo! I think I would be able to make Baltimore, too!! I have friends there and might be able to stay there!

Bella, thanks for bringing this up...and thanks to Jennifer for 'planning' the trip! I was at the inner harbor in Sept. of 2000. Mom and I always try to make it to my Dad's navy reunion each Sept. This year, the reunion is in Portland, OR and that's to expensive for mom and me, so that's why we're going back to Maine...GAYLE...SHUT-UP!!!

I'll keep next spring open!

Another thing about the inner harbor?...more restaurants than you can count!

I know that I'm not going to be able to go to Boston, but have you all thought about going whale watching. I'm not sure how much it costs but it would be lots of fun, then the aquarium is right their. I have done both in Boston and it was a great deal of fun.

Just a thought.
