Talking On the road again.....

Well I have been at this for about 2 1/2 months. I started Sept 18, 2008. I weighed 255. As of thrusday morning 12/04/08 I weighed 232. I have lost 23 pounds. I have about 2 more weeks until the 3 month mark. If I lose 3 more pounds it will be 30 pounds, that is 10 pounds a month. It would be so awesome if I could keep losing 10 pounds a month because I would be at my goal of 150 in less than a year. But I know that realistically 10 pounds a month is incredible and will probably stop soon. But that is ok. As long as I keep losing I am on the right track. I was looking back at my weightloss journal and I have not had any gain in the past 2 1/2 months. I have one week where I stayed the same, and the other weeks were losses. I am so proud of myself. Now if I could just get my back in order I could exercise.

Congratulations! This is a huge accomplishment!! And you have the right mind set to have long term success. You know it might not always be 10lbs a month and accepting that means you are on the road to success!

That is awesome! You have such a good attitude about it I'm the same way... I know I'm not ALWAYS going to lose 20 lbs a month but it's sure nice while it's lasting!!!
