Default Weekly Weigh In Thread Nov 24th - 30th
I upped my water so I'm sure I lost some water weight but I went from 314.0 on the 17th to 307.8 this morning. I'm really hoping to make my New Years goal. This week should be a real test with visiting family for most of the week and Thanksgiving! Goal for this week is to maintain. Any loss will be a bonus.

you are doing awesome!! Keep up the great work.

I weighed in at 210.4 this am. down about a pound in a half from last monday.

Today I am at 273. I had a bad Sunday, but all in all down 7 lbs in 2 weeks. So Im happy!!

248 lbs even for a total loss of 5.5 lbs hopefully mostly of rubbery blubbery fat!

Well... the good news is... all this time since I've joined... I managed to not gain any more weight. I didn't lose any... but didn't gain any, either. I guess that's good

Starting over today at 256. Right now I'm going to focus on getting in at least 64 ounces of water and eating as healthy as possible.

Great job to all the losers and maintainers, hang in there to everyone else! Happy Thanksgiving!
