Default Free Food Victory
Today I was able to pass up free food including some yummy cakes and stick with my eating plan. It was a great victory for me! I blogged about it, so you can go to my 3FC blog if you are interested in hearing the details.

Way to go! Resisting the free stuff can be hard sometimes... someone brought in sticky carmel rolls 2 days ago to the office... but I just sat at my desk and ate an orange... Every small victory goes towards the end goal... good job!

That's a victory! Congratulations...I know "free food" (or "get my money's worth food" is often the most tempting. (Somehow free seems as though it should be calorieless too!)
