again another crappy water day.
how can I attach my water bottle to my body so I get this stuff down? I resolve everyday to drink a bottle with each meal and then at least 1 in the morning and 1 in the afternoon. This is a reasonable goal. I just can't seem to do it. I seem to be able to manage my points and exercise has never been a problem for me. I just seem to have this water block!
Well I'll just keep taking it one day at a time.
