Default I just want to say thank you!!
I've been having so many ups and downs lately. More of the same with my ex, and some financial stuff. But coming here and reading (I haven't been posting) has become a constant in my life. The wisdom and support really enter my soul. I'm still at 245 (but at least I haven't gained), I exercise when I can, my food choices are better than they have been in a long time, and more importantly, coming here keeps me thinking in a positive way.

Really, I just felt like I needed to send out some hugs and smilies - you are all the best!!!!
