Oh BrandNewJen, do I ever know how you feel!!!!
I started off at my highest of 311, went down to 279, then managed to go back up to 305 in about 9 months by the time I got control of myself again. Ugh, it's almost enough to just make me give up and become a shut in with the pizza number on speed dial!!!
I have been back on plan since the end of August, and have lost 15lbs so far (290). I've also incorporated formal exercise this time, and I'm hoping that will be the missing link for me.
If I let myself realize I'm still 11lbs MORE than this time last year, I get really depressed.
I'm choosing to ignore that fact (most of the time) and move forward, trying to use it as yet another learning experience! I will sure be glad when I get down below that number though!!!!!
