I weigh myself in the morning after I pee. I usually weigh myself with my night clothes though, which is usually a tshirt and panties.

I do that too. Sometimes it takes off almost a pound.

Unless I'm wearing really heavy clothes, I'll usually weigh dressed. I don't own a scale, I weigh whenever I visit my mom.

Honestly though, I don't really worry about the difference in clothing weight. If it's my clothes adding pounds, I know it won't be there next time. It's just one of those slight fluctuation thingies and what really matters is that the overall trend is reduction!

I weigh in the buff... once right when I get up and then once before I go to bed... then I average the loss... I like numbers, although I don't always like the numbers I see...
