Thanks, Beverly! I am cautiously optimistic that it will stick this time (I saw 199.8 a couple times in April and always went back up).

I have begun to realize that when I am off plan I feel horrible...sluggish, large, lazy. Why would I want that for myself?

Because it feels wonderful- I feel lighter, happier, more energetic, powerful and simple tasks are so much easier- so much so that I don't give them a second thought. Compared to before I really wasn't living- just existing. I NEVER want to go back to that.

I am staying on my plan today because I couldn't jump sideways over the blue thing in my circuit class and i couldn't do the one leg squat without my foot touching the floor.

I am staying on the plan today because my SO willingly ate carrots. I know it's a strange plan, but he doesn't need to lose any weight, and is willingly eating healthier just to encourage me.
