Hey guys just a little update. Yesterday afternoon I weighed in at 267.8 I was way bummed, I know I shouldnt have been haha. This morning after the bathroom routine and before breakfast I weighed in at 265.0 I know must be water weight but just looking at smaller numbers on the scale has motivated me to stay on track today!
