Great in 2008!!
Here's to being "GREAT in 2008!!"
And its better late than never....
Food: 2pts. My food plan this month is to not have any soda pop, or fast food at all. To stay away from junk food (pizza, chips, candy, etc..), and to watch my portions (only 1 serving, of anything I'm gonna eat, and no seconds!!) Also to try to eat fruits and veggies each day (I'm horrible at that).
Water: 1pt. 64oz a day
Exercise: 1pt. 30 minutes of ANYTHING at least 6 times a week.
