Sometimes those healthy foods are way too good, I have had the same problem with too much of a good thing with Fage Yogurt, also sweet potatoes and Pumpkin butter. I'm not buying Fage for now and no more pumpkin butter.

UP one lb. I am not changing my ticker. It will be gone next week plus some more.

Would you believe I actually had to elminate Kashi Go Lean cereal from my house for awhile? Yup, I was dipping into the box too often. It's been a couple of months now. I'm ready to re-introduce it. I've got a craving for it. We'll see how it goes. If I can't keep my hands out of the box - I'll have to condemn it again for a while.

I believe you Robin I think any food can be a trigger for some of us.
I wish mine was water. My DH wishes it was not a food but something else.

Sorry been MIA for a couple of weeks just so busy never got round to posting. Good news for my weekly weigh in 2lbs lost.

Well done to those who have lost and better luck next week to those who did not go so well as hoped.

I can believe it! I crave it quite a bit. Only thing is...every time I eat it, I get...gas. I'll be bloated for a day or 2 after I have it.

TMI, I know. LOL.
