Ok, so it's not weigh-in day...but I saw 165 on the scale this morning!!! At long last, I've finally hit my goal. After a period of maintenance this summer and lots of changes along the way (the biggest one being that I'm a running coach now - who would've ever thought??), I finally hit the goal I set on July 18, 2006. I knew I could do it, but it was tough to imagine back then.
Now I'm setting a new goal of 155, and I have all sorts of fitness goals in mind (running a 5k in less than 30 minutes is my top one right now).
Thank you lovely folks sooooo much for all the support you've given me along the way. There's no way at ALL I could've done this without the people at 3FC.
I'm so happy I don't know whether to laugh or cry!
