Robin thanks for the idea about putting up salad for a few days...I get so lazy..It has been a life saver. I LOVE salad...I just hate chopping up cucumbers and tomatoes and carrots everytime I want one!

AND THANK YOU ALL!! I love you guys. Really, you have made this journey so much more bearable. You've helped me keep going when I normally would have given up by now to everyone.

Does your grocery do the little bags of pre-cut veggies in the produce section? We have Hy-Vee here and they always have different bags all washed and cut and ready. They have different types for salad, stews, snacking, stir-fry, coq au vin, whatever you want to make. I used to buy them all the time because they were so convenient but they are pretty expensive so I have to quit being lazy and peel my own carrots now.
