It's been off and on for both of us. I know one thing I want to be back to my lowest by Christmas. That is my Christmas present to myself. So I need to get 37 off by December 25th. I may or may not make it but that is the goal to work for. I'm so mad at my self for gaining and losing the same 30 lbs this past year and half. I have to get a hold on myself.
