I didn't see a thread for exercise for this week (just the AM one, and I certainly don't always exercise in the morning!), so please delete this one if I'm just overlooking it!
Monday: 40 min. stationary biking, 35 min. weight lifting, 10 min. stretching
Tuesday: 40 min. elliptical, 15 min. stationary bike, 35 min. weight lifting, 25 min. stretching
I posted my morning workout in the AM thread, but I did more this afternoon. It wasn't much, but it was work! I mowed my back yard, that hadn't been mowed in 2 weeks! It took 30 minutes, normally only about 20.
Thursday: 60 min. elliptical, 35 min. weight lifting, 20 min. stretching
Friday: 30 min. running, 30 min. fast walking, 35 min. weight lifting, 10 min. stretching
Saturday: rest day, although I plan to garden and do housework
