Okay- I did not get my 2 hours in - I just did not realize how sore I was from this weekend until I started digging up my lawn - but I did get in an hour (I actually went and purchased some of those muscle heat pad thingys). It was kind of neat going in to update my exercise ticker from Sunday and today and seeing how close I am to my goal for the month of April.
I did not get any time in before I went to work this morning...
But, I am committing to do two hours of yard work this evening after work. It's definitely hard sweaty work - but it's going to be pretty in the end. One day I will be too.... LMAO

I almost talked myself out of it, but I managed to drag myself out to exercise this morning. They key was not stopping at home after dropping my little one off at preschool. Have a great day, everyone!
I am just about to go get dressed and then head out for a walk in the SUN! And then I'm going to join my bf while he plays basketball - so maybe a little extra exercise there!
Monday 5:30 body step class
Monday 6:30 Body Pump class
Tuesday 5:30 an hour with trainer man
Wednesday 5:30 body step class
Wednesday 5:30 body pump class
Thursday an hour on the arc trainer
friday an hour on the arc trainer (can skip it's my day off from the gym)
saturday 9 am 45 minutes on the arc trainer
saturday 10 am body pump class
sunday 90 minutes long cardio
4/23: 5k run plus lots of planting and pulling weeds while the sun is still shining
4/24: 20 min. stationary bike, 35 min. weight lifting, 35 min. elliptical, 20 min. stretching
4/25: 40 min. run and some stretching
4/26: 35 min. elliptical, 20 min. stretching, 35 min. weight lifting
4/27: 2 mile brisk walk
4/28: 5K run (race)
