Weekly exercise ~ April 9-15
Ok, I'll get this one going this week.
30 minutes on my elliptical = 4.47 miles. Must have slowed my pace a bit today!

Hi,
I did ride my recumbent bike last night-did icycle #1-20 minutes.
This morning was Gin Miller's Simply Inerval-OMG!!!!

Sherry, I'm loving it. I've always been told the key to exercise is finding something you enjoy doing. Between Turbo Jam and walking, I am finally having FUN with exercise.

That is great! I plan on doing Kickin Core sometime this week...I also want to try Cathe Friedrich's Cardio Kicks, which is a combination of kickboxing and hi-lo impact.

Yesterday I did 30 mins (2 miles) on the elliptical-Dang! y'all are fast on that thing. I'm just learning. Today was my Women on Weights class and 30 mins on the treadmill (3 mph-2 min intervals up to 5 incline).

Today I mowed my lawn, push mower, 45 minutes. And 30 minutes of the Firm, Super Body Sculpt. I feel better than I have in months!

Yesterday I took a rest day. I was lazy and tired so I climbed in the bed and watched a movie until I fell asleep.
Today I will move!
