Down one pound to 195 this week! I had an "unofficial" goal in mind of weighing 195 by the time I ran my 10k, and that's on March 31 so I'm ahead of schedule. Woohoo!
Ok, after the 252 fiasco I have ended up loosing 2 pounds! WOO OHOOOO You ladies helped me keep my eye on what matters. Thanks to your advice I started drinking more water and worrying less. You all are THE BOMB BABY! THE BOMB!!! Sorry, I am an American Idol fan for good or bad
Well, lost 3.2 this week. Not sure how, pigged out on crab rangoons the other night (haven't ate them since joint WW over a month ago), but I guess is all evened out in the end and all those steamed veggies and garlic came to my aide!
Not doing well. I'm stuck at 11 lbs. total. It's been a month now since I began. TOM this week maybe thats why I didn't lose anything this week? Hey...I'm grasping at straws here. I didn't lose this week at all. Haven't measured myself I don't do that till the first of the month. Maybe there'll be something by then.
Penor, so you lost 11 lbs in a month? That's wonderful progress. Sometimes when we lose a lot in the beginning, our bodies have to play catch up. At least mine did. I plateaued for 2 weeks before seeing another loss. You're doing great!
