Many of you told me to watch Super Size to get over my fast food addiction, and honestly, it didn't cut it for me. It actually kind of made me want to go out and grab a burger. I resisted, and even though the movie wasn't that bad, i've decided just not to eat fast food. COLD TURKEY! It's the way to go.. anyone want to do it with me??

Aw, hun -- I'd do it with you -- but I already have!! But, in my experience, cold turkey is absolutely the way to go. Once the cravings go away, it will be easy to pass up. I even went through a period of being repulsed by fast food. And now, after 20 months, I can go grab a burger without the cravings coming back.
I am forcing my bf to quit fast food, he doesn't know this yet though.. he just thinks I'm being very nice by cooking tons of meals for him. It's been 6 days and he's lost 5+ pounds! If only that happened for me!
