I'm staying OP today because I have a few pair of shorts and capris that are a little tight (great change from couldn't button them before) that I'd like to be a bit looser in two weeks on our cruise.

The one reason I'm staying on plan today is because SUMMER IS COMING! Even though it's the coldest day of the year here in Philly, summer is just around the corner, and I want to lose weight so I can get out and enjoy some warm weather activities!

Today I have put absolutely zero preservatives or other assorted trash into my system. I feel great and I'm not hungry. I love this feeling!

The one reason I'm staying on plan today is that I lost 2 pounds this last week and I don't want to gain them right back! :

My one reason for staying on plan today is because it was my first day at a new job - and this is a group of people that does not know what I looked like 65 pounds ago! I plan to make sure they never see such a sight.

Unfortunately, I can see temptation ahead - couldn't help noticing the kitchen has snacks available for the taking at any time (popcorn, gold fish crackers, etc.). Must remain strong!

The one reason I am staying on plan today is that I have found out that I am going to be working in Orange County from May onwards (I'm currently working in Belguim) and I wan't to feel comfy in my skin on the beach and around all those body beautiful people!

The one reason I'm staying on plan today is because DD has a four day competition in Cincinatti starting this Friday. I know the food choices there stink and while I plan to stay on plan there, I want to make sure I do the best that I can in the days leading up to it!
