Sorry to have deserted you for a while. My meetings last week were long and I had no control over what I was served to eat. I did pretty well, though, considering. I did have one night of way too much alcohol, another night of way too much diet coke (there was no way I was drinking the water where we were). Overall I did ok.
Since I've been home I've had 2 celebrations of my oldest child's 4th birthday. I've been afraid to step on the scale. Maybe next Tuesday I'll weigh in (give myself a week to get over it!).
I've missed you all! It's going to take me forever to catch up (both at home, at work, and here), but I will!
