Overall, the goal is to avoid foods with any trace of wheat or a wheat product. Keep in mind that prepared foods, such as mixes, usually contain wheat products. For example, while most all types of meats are allowable, meats breaded with flour are most definitely off limits; however, there are substitutions that you can make to help liven up your meals.
