The Verdict: If Richard Simmons and his off-beat, overly perky personality doesn’t get on your nerves, this could be a successful plan for you. However, because of the sheer volume of tools available, the savvy dieter needs to careful to not purchase an excessive amount of expensive tools online.

    The food mover is a great tool to have if you want to do the food exchange plans. The diabetic plan works well with it and the TOPS food exchange both seem to be pretty much the same as Richard Simmons plan and they are proven to be great plans for losing weight and eating healthy portions of all the food groups.
