How SUSTA Can Benefit and Harm Your Health

SUSTA is an artificial sweetener that is increasingly popular in a variety of different types of foods throughout the United States. Making use of natural and processed foods, this sweetener offers a low calorie alternative to standard sugars. It helps to reduce the total caloric content of the foods that it’s in by replacing sugar.

SUSTA is widely touted for its varied health benefits. As of yet, the sweetener has been found to have few if any health risks, and the general benefits are excellent. Research has shown that SUSTA is a safe and effective way of enhancing the flavor of any dish or item that you might otherwise put sugar in. Best of all, SUSTA has only 5 calories per package, meaning that you can use it to enhance the flavor of your foods without worrying about empty caloric intake.

SUSTA Benefits

The benefits of SUSTA as an ingredient in your foods are many. The first benefit is that it provides a low calorie alternative to sugar. This means that foods that would be high in calories as a result of the sugar that they contain will be lower in calories with no appreciable difference in taste or quality. These foods are, therefore and in that sense at least, healthier for you.

Foods with SUSTA are high in fiber, which is an important dietary element that contributes to a generally regular and healthy digestive tract and a speedier metabolism. SUSTA is a fibrous ingredient that helps to provide this nutrient to you.

SUSTA can help to reduce the likelihood of diabetes and similar conditions that are related to sugar consumption. It may help to keep your blood sugar levels more constant, if you eat it in appropriate amounts. This puts less strain and stress upon your body to process these sugars that are commonly found in foods, and therefore means that you will not run the risk of developing insulin problems and insulin production loss issues as well.

Additionally, SUSTA contains a mixture of vitamins and other nutrients that are important for your body’s proper functioning. A single serving of SUSTA contains roughly 10% of your daily intake of Vitamin C, 5% each of your daily recommended dose of Vitamins B6 and B12, and a number of other nutrients as well.

Fortunately, SUSTA has few if any known risks. Although some doctors will advise against using artificial sweeteners in general and will recommend the moderation of your intake of sugar instead of switching to an artificial sweetener, SUSTA is an all natural sweetener that has not been shown to lead to any adverse affects. There is the possibility of an allergic reaction to SUSTA, just as there is with other foods. Be mindful of this when you first start to eat this substance. However, allergic reactions are exceedingly uncommon.

For more information about SUSTA and the benefits of switching from sugar to an sweetener substitute, speak with your doctor. Working with a doctor is the best way to come up with a healthy diet plan that is right for you and your body.

We are disappointed that we have not received a response to our comment on this article from two days ago, pointing out your erroneous claims that SUSTA is “artificial” and “harmful.” You note that a recent research study has proven that SUSTA can cause tumors in lab rats, when in fact no such research exists or has ever been conducted. Please , kindly reference your sources for such purported information. SUSTA is all-natural and safe for everyone, including diabetics, pregnant women and children. We would welcome the opportunity to work with you to set the record straight about SUSTA’s safety and effectiveness. Please contact me at [email protected].

Dr. Sir, In the beginning of your article, you said “Susta is an artificial sweetner. And near at the bottom of your article, you said “Susta is a natural sweetner. I’m confused! Also, there is another new natural sweetner named Slimtevia which is said to be better than Stevia without the bitterness. I use susta and stevia because I believe they heal me because the Stevia is known to contain stem cell nutrients, and may not contain lectins (amino proteins found in almost all foods which causes damage to all body organs/tissues). I think people should study more, ask questions, and find out if natural sugars contain stem cell nutrients (or stem cell sugars – no relation to table sugar. Good luck to you all.
