Im new here!

  • Hi Everyone:

    Im new here. I pu the Dr. Phil book by recommendation by a weight loss buddy of mine! I kind of read thru the first stuff barely skimming... not really sinking in. I am on the part about goals. I need to write them down. Im scared to write them down bc what if I don't follow them~! LOL... Anyway, hope I fit in here.
