Dr Phil's Shape Up Program

We have some Dr Phil banners on the site for his Shape Up program at e-diets. Has anybody tried it? Opinions?

I havent tried it... I know I have been on E-Diets in the past and it is a good program.... I just wasnt ready for it....

E-Diets is just a basic healthy weight loss plan.... I dont know if they have done something different to be with Dr Phil or not.

Let me know if you find anything out....

Hi Jennifer

I have been signed up since June, and the Dr. Phil banners you are using really caught my eye, and I really do use them, and I have several friends and family members that I have referred to this site, and those banners really caught their eye, and those banners are what they use to find the Dr. Phil threads. I think they are great!!
